Warm Weather Shipping

  • To protect and maintain the quality of our chocolates and candy, we do not ship chocolates or candy from May 1 – September 30.

Address Accuracy

  • Goody Gourmets is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or for packages that are refused by the recipient.

  • Please carefully verify that shipping addresses are accurate and complete (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers) before placing your order.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Goody Gourmets is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

  • We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package promptly to maintain product quality.
